RIWAMA’s Boss Hails The Progress In Keeping Port Harcourt Clean And Neat

The city of Port Harcourt is fast becoming the Garden City of Nigeria as it was once referred to. The neatness and cleanliness is on another level. Previously waste were left on the roadside, whch took away the beauty of the city, but that is no longer the case.

The Sole Administrator of the Rivers State Waste Management Agency (RIWAMA) Felix Obuah, is satisfied with the work that the waste service providers have done so far in ensuring that Port Harcourt City is clean and neat.

The agency has achieved 95% success through the waste service providers, in the clean up for Port Harcourt and other parts of the state.

Obuah was glad that the service providers did a good job, in making Port Harcourt wear a better look. This steps carried out by the service providers, has made it possible for the agency's goals to be achieved.

However the aim as he stated, should be to attain 100% in cleanliness for Port Harcourt and other parts of the state.
