Felix Obuah the Sole Administrator of the Rivers State Waste Management Agency (RIWAMA) had a meeting with service providers, at the Conference Hall of the Agency in Port Harcourt on Monday 9th of July, 2018, where he urged them to beef up their efforts in keeping Port Harcourt and its environment clean at all times.
Obuah made it firm at the meeting which was attended by Directors of the Agency, that he was not glad with the way some compactors are abandoned at dumpsites by some contractors, and instructed them to remove all compactors within 24 hours.

He acknowledge their efforts so far in ensuring that Rivers State is kept clean and healthy, as Port Harcourt is rapidly becoming the Garden City again.
Obuah assured the contractors that they will be paid their entitlements in the shortest possible time despite the hard times.
