Wike to Saraki: Do not be intimidated, it is God who gives leadership

On Friday the 31st of August 2018, the Senate President, Bukola Saraki  paid of condolence visit to Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike over the death of the Attorney General of Rivers State, Late Emmanuel Aguma.

In the companion of the Senate President was Senator Ben Murray Bruce, Former Kogi State Governor, Captain Idris Wada, Former PDP Chairman, Dr Kawu Baraje, Hon. Wakil Idris, Dr Doyin Okupe.



At the Rivers State Government House, Port Harcourt, Governor Wike said that Saraki should stand firm and not to be intimidated by anyone, that it is God that gives leadership.

Wike charged Saraki to firmly defend the rule of law and the country's democracy. He further stated that Nigeria is witnessing a dictator style of ruling which has caused some setbacks in the country, and that Rivers people are ever ready to end this era of unproductive and failed leadership hovering around the helm of affairs.

He concluded by saying that they are happy to identify with him, and will continue to pray for him to do what is necessary to make Nigeria great again.
